Vegio operates on a pre-order fresh vegetable model. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refund on Confirmed Orders
Once an order is confirmed, it is not eligible for refund.
Vegetables are procured fresh specifically against confirmed orders.
2. No Refund on Order Cancellation After Confirmation
Orders can be cancelled only before confirmation.
After confirmation, cancellation and refund are not permitted.
3. No Refund Due to Price Fluctuations
Vegetable prices are based on daily farmer/mandi rates.
Any price fluctuation after order confirmation does not qualify for a refund.
4. Natural Product Disclaimer
Vegetables are natural products and may vary in:
Size
Shape
Weight
Color
Such natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund.
5. Wallet & Cashback Refund Policy
Cashback or wallet balance is non-refundable.
Wallet balance cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash.
Wallet balance can only be used for future Vegio purchases.
6. Exceptional Cases
In rare cases of major quality issues or incorrect items (at Vegio’s sole discretion),
a wallet credit may be provided instead of a cash refund.
7. Final Decision
All refund-related decisions taken by Vegio will be final and binding.
8. Policy Updates
Vegio reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately once published on the website.
