These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Vegio’s services. By placing an order through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.
1. About Vegio
Vegio is a local vegetable service that works on a pre-order model. Vegetables are sourced fresh from farmers or local markets after orders are confirmed.
2. Ordering Policy
Orders must be placed within the given order window.
Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final.
Vegio reserves the right to accept, modify, or decline any order.
3. Pricing Policy
Prices are based on daily farmer/mandi rates.
Vegetable prices may change daily due to market conditions.
The price communicated at the time of order confirmation is applicable for that order.
4. Price Fluctuation Management
Vegetable prices change daily based on mandi and farmer rates. To ensure transparency, daily mandi prices are shared on our WhatsApp channel. In case prices increase by more than 20% after order placement, Vegio may reduce the quantity to balance the total order value. Customers will have the option to accept the revised quantity at the time of delivery, ensuring fairness while maintaining affordability.

5. Advance Payment / Security Amount
Vegio charges a ₹99 subscription amount which works as a security deposit for using our service. This amount remains valid as long as the customer receives and pays for their orders. If an order is not paid, refused, or undelivered due to customer-related reasons, the ₹99 security amount may be adjusted or reduced. This system helps us manage fresh procurement and avoid wastage caused by last-minute cancellations or non-acceptance.
6. Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value of ₹149 applies unless stated otherwise.
7. Product Disclaimer
Vegetables are natural products and may vary in size, weight, color, or appearance.
Such natural variations are normal and acceptable.
8. Payments & Wallet
Payments may be accepted via Cash and UPI also.
Wallet balance or cashback can be used only for future Vegio purchases.
Wallet balance cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash.
9. Offers & Promotions
All offers, discounts, and cashback are promotional and subject to conditions.
Vegio reserves the right to modify or stop any offer at any time without prior notice.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact and address details.
Customers must ensure availability for order fulfillment.
11. Service Availability
Vegio is a local service. Product availability, pricing, and service areas may change at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
Vegio may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately once published on the website.
13. Acceptance of Terms
